Brand New Blessings – Shilpa Dhinakaran

“I am making everything new.”(Revelation 21:5)
Hello friend, today’s verse is taken from Revelation 21:5, in which God says “I am making everything new.” Yes, the Lord is making your life new today. You may have taken New Year resolutions, but maybe within the end of the month you broke the resolution. It may have left you heartbroken with the thoughts ‘Lord I am good for nothing, even a new resolution I am not able to fulfill.’

It is to you my friend the Lord says that He is going to change it and make you new! You may be entangled in sin and suffering without a way out, but the Lord promises that he is going to make you new. The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here.” What a wonderful verse!
Friend, it is true that when Christ comes into your life, you become a new creation automatically. Therefore if you have not yet accepted Jesus Christ in your life, accept him today and surrender your life in His hands. You will see Jesus transform your life in a wonderful manner and make you a new creation. Surely, the Lord will prove His existence in your life and you will glorify God’s name.
Prayer:
My loving Heavenly Father,

Thank You for today’s promise. Lord, I thank You for sending Jesus Christ into this world for saving me. Today, I accept Jesus into my life. Father, help me to leave all my old sinful ways and become a new creation. Father, I pray for Your Holy Spirit to fill me and lead me in the right direction.
