No Harm Will Come Near You – Stella Ramola

“The LORD will keep you from all harm”. Psalm 121:7
My dear friend, today’s promise verse is taken from Psalm 121:7. It says, ‘the Lord will keep you from all harm’. Yes, this is what the Lord is going to do for you today.

What does harm mean? It may refer to fear or sin or even sicknesses. It could also refer to the things that are hurting us deep in our souls like heartbreak or depression. It could also be shame or things that come against us to hurt us. Yes, thinking about harm can cause us so much fear. But take heart, my friend! God will deliver you from all harm.

Is what the Lord did for the people of Israel when they were in Egypt. In Exodus chapter 12, we see how the Egyptians were facing so much distress because of the plagues that were sent to them. But how did God protect the Israelites from these plagues? The Lord  instructed the Israelites to smear the blood of the goat on top of their doorposts so that the angel of death would go past them and not harm them. And we read how none of the Israelites were harmed. Similarly, this will become true in your life too, my friend. God has painted His blood all over you and your body, over your family, over your home and over your business. So do not be afraid. God’s protection is upon you. No harm will come before you because the blood of Jesus is upon you.
Prayer:
Lord, I thank you for your wonderful promise. Lord, I pray that you will sprinkle your precious blood on me and my family. Cover me and all that I do with your blood. Lord, I need your protection so that no harm will come near me. Lord, today, I take refuge in your name and in your blood covering. I thank You for delivering me from all harm. Lord, keep me safe and secure as I hide in your name. Protect me and fulfill all my needs. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen
