Blessing Message

My dear friend, today, the Lord promises from Deuteronomy 33:29, “Happy and blessed are you, O Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the LORD, the shield of your help, and the sword of your triumph!” 

Of course, it is a challenge for every child of God. None had the privilege of having such a mighty God on their side as the Israelites did. This scripture expresses awe for the Israelites by posing a question: “Who is like you, O Israel?” The Israelites were so blessed that nobody could curse them. The Lord turned every curse into a blessing for them. God also promised so many good things for them. They had all the benefits and comfort, and their land was prosperous because the Lord Himself watered the land.

Most importantly, they enjoyed a special relationship with God. They heard His voice, and He fought for them. He was their Defender, defeating and destroying all their enemies. They were so close to God, and He was like a friend to them. Likewise, if you are close to God, you will be blessed by Him. People who see you will say that you are blessed by the Lord, and you will be kept safe by Him.

During Prayer Festivals, when we go out to minister, every time this happens – the Lord would come and speak to us. Yes, He would speak to us through my husband prophetically, saying, “I am coming with you, My children. Like a cloud, I’ll be there with you. Whatever you say, I will do it.” These words from the Lord would encourage us a lot, and we would feel so happy to listen to His voice. As a family, God has given us the grace to listen to His voice and have Him as the head of our household. 

Who is like you, my friend? You, who love the Lord, can never become bad with other people because you are devoted to the Lord and keep Him as your own. Who is like you? Happy and blessed are you, my friend, for you are a people saved by the Lord. He is your shield and your help, the sword of your majesty. All these blessings will come upon you today, my friend.  

PRAYER: 

Loving Lord, I am truly blessed and privileged to have You as the one and only God of my life. I adore You and worship Your magnificence. Who is like You, Lord? You are strong and mighty, and because You are with me, I am specially blessed. You have redeemed my soul from eternal fire, clothed me with strength and dignity, and destroyed my enemies. Great is Your faithfulness, Lord. Thank You for setting me apart to call me as Your own and blessing me with Your choicest blessings. I believe that You are at work in my life, making every area blossom and prosper for Your glory so that others would see my life and say, “You are blessed by the Lord.” Thank You, Lord, for this special grace and blessing upon my life. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
