You will crush your Insecurities – Stella Ramola

Dear friend, today we have a brand-new promise! It is in Isaiah 41:15, where the Lord says, “I will make you into a threshing sledge, new and sharp, with many teeth. You will thresh the mountains and crush them, and reduce the hills to chaff.” Accordingly, the Lord will equip you by making you ‘new’ and ‘sharp’ to overcome anything that comes your way and become more than a conqueror.

My friend, you might be feeling inadequate today, thinking that you don’t have enough abilities, knowledge, strength, resources, money or opportunities to achieve your goals and overcome the struggles in your life. Perhaps you are struggling in your studies, job, business or personal aspirations, and you feel like you are settling for less than what you had hoped for. This feeling of inadequacy could be due to your own insecurities and limiting beliefs about what you can achieve.

In the Bible, we see the same in the life of Gideon in Judges Chapter 6. When God called Gideon to save the Israelites from the Midianites, Gideon expressed his doubts and inadequacies to the Lord. He said, “My clan is the weakest in Manasseh. I am the weakest in my family, and nobody respects me. Nobody even cares for me. How can I possibly do this?” But God assured him, “I will be with you. You will defeat the enemy, and no one will be left alive.” And that’s exactly what happened. Despite his initial doubts, God used Gideon, who was the smallest in his clan and turned him into a mighty warrior.

In the same way today, you may say, ‘I am the smallest!’ ‘I am the weakest!’ in the face of challenges. But remember, God has the power to make you strong enough to ‘crush the mountains’ in your life and turn ‘hills into chaff.’ So, today, receive this new strength that God gives you. He will make you completely new, strong and mighty. He will fill you with His knowledge and bless you according to His promise. So, take a moment to thank Him for this blessing today.

PRAYER:

Dear Lord, I am grateful for Your loving promise today. Please make me ‘new’ and ‘sharp’ today, removing all my insecurities, struggles, failures, and inabilities and making me brand new. Please send me the right opportunities and provide me with the necessary funds and resources. Fill me with Your wisdom and strength so that I can accomplish much in life and become a mighty warrior like Gideon. I receive this promise for my life. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
