No more shame Dr. Paul Dhinakaran
My people shall never be put to shame (Joel 2:27)
When life’s normalcy is being distorted, do not yield yourself to be surrounded by clouds of fears and doubts. The calamities of life are platforms to bring you more honour. Know for sure that you will not be put to shame. Honour is your inheritance in the Lord. You may be facing impossibilities now. However, you have a God who says, “I am the Lord of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?” (Jeremiah 32:27). He will perform mighty miracles for you. Sharlin Naveen ,Bengaluru, India testifies how the Lord lifted her up from shame and honoured her.
“My father was working as a driver. In the year 2005, he died unexpectedly. My mom had to shoulder the responsibility of taking care of three daughters and a son. There was also a pending court case, which made us even more distressed. All our relatives were speaking among themselves that, “These girls will never get married.” We were regularly watching the ‘Jesus Calls’ TV program. This program not only consoled us but also strengthened our faith. To our amazement, the Lord brought commendable life partners to my elder sisters, and their weddings were hosted wonderfully. However, my marriage delayed. I was worried and cried with great sorrow unto the Lord, as my age was 26. On 17th January 2007, I was watching a ‘Jesus Calls’ TV program. During the prayer time, Dr. Paul Dhinakaran called my name and prophesied, “Sharlin, the Lord is going to bless you. He will give you a wonderful life partner and will build your life.” At once, on hearing this, I jumped with joy. Within ten days, I got engaged and on 10th May 2007, the marriage took place remarkably. It is almost 13 years and the Lord has been blessing our married life abundantly. We have two children. All glory to God who used His servant to prophesy blessings on my life.”
How true it is when God promises, “My people shall never be put to shame” (Joel 2:27). Today, I declare this promise upon your life and prophesy double-fold honour. Trust in the Lord with all of your heart. Lean not on your own understanding. Jeremiah 1:12 says that God watches over His word to perform it. Just believe and know that the ‘word’ released over you is at work for you. Your mourning will turn into dancing. Your sorrow will turn into joy. Your shame will turn into honour. You will blessed as, “Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance” (Isaiah 61:7).
Prayer:
Dear Lord,
I believe that Your word is at work for me. Fill me with faith, patience, and to prepare myself to receive my blessings in full measure. Help me not to be diverted in worldly ways and to take any wrong decision. Guard my heart to dwell in Your presence until You bring me out with divine honour. For Your namesake, perform wonders in my life and remove every shame.
In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
