You Will Lack No Good Thing

“For He satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.” (Psalm 107:9)
Our Heavenly Father desires to bless His children with all good things. The Bible affirms that “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights” (James 1:17). Also, we read in Matthew 14:13-21, the incident of feeding 5000 men. The multitude came to see Jesus and was satisfied. As you long for Jesus, you will receive earthly blessings and will also be blessed spiritually.
A brother named Kishore attended one of our meetings held at Hyderabad. During the prayers, my husband prompted by the Lord called out his name and said “You have come here with unbelief. You are a medical doctor by profession and today, the Lord is delivering you from your unbelief, and because of your unbelief, your family is suffering”. After the meeting was over, he testified that God had fulfilled his heart’s desire as he vowed to believe in God, only if his name was called during the meeting. The Lord fulfilled his heart’s desire, by calling out his name.
SCRIPTURE to LIFE
Delight yourself in the Lord, for He will fulfill your heart’s desire. As you long for Jesus, He will fill you with His grace and bless you. Also, when you thank and praise God, He will supply all your needs with His bountiful blessings. So, draw close to Jesus and offer Him your prayers of supplication. He will answer you and will bless you with all the good things.
Prayer:
Blessed Lord, I worship you for You are a God with whom nothing is impossible. I place all my needs before you, and I believe, You will fulfill my heart’s desire. May Your name be glorified, now and forevermore.
