Righteous Living – Sis. Evangeline Paul Dhinakaran

“If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.” (John 14:14)
My precious child, I greet you. Today, we are going to mediate about the name of the Lord Jesus Christ according to John 14:14. This verse says “If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.” This is the promise the Lord Jesus makes with you. Ask Jesus to come with all His majesty to help and deliver you. He will come immediately and bring you out of all your troubles.

Psalm 76:1 says “In Judah God is known; His name is great in Israel.” Psalm 111:9 says “Holy and awesome is His name!” Therefore, the name of the Lord Jesus Christ should be used with all reverence. Philippians 2:9 says “Therefore God has highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name that is above every name.” There is another important thing that we can see in Proverbs 18:10. This verse says “The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe.”
My precious child, are you leading a righteous life? Jesus will be pleased with you if you are leading a righteous life. As promised in Proverbs 18:10, whenever you meet problems, you can run to Him and hide yourself. Yes, what a great name He has! Invite Jesus into your heart to be with you all the time. He is ready to stay with you, help you and bring you out of all your problems. Always remember that and pray in the name of Jesus and whatever you ask will be granted to you.

My loving Heavenly Father,

Thank You for this new day and Your wonderful promise. I lay down all my problematic situations and needs at Your feet. According to today’s promise, please help me for I ask in the name of Jesus.
