What Man Can’t, God Can – Stella Ramola

Dear friend, today’s promise is from Luke 18:27, which says, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.” Maybe you are in a situation where you feel that nothing is possible and nobody can help you. It could be a sickness, debt, failure, or rejection by people. But please remember, “Nothing is impossible with God.” He will help you overcome that situation.

There is a Sister named Gayathri who shared her testimony from Assam. She said that right when she finished her twelfth, she developed terrible back pain that came out of nowhere. Her pain would rise suddenly and increase to a point where she would not be able to walk. Her brother took care of her, and he took her to the best medical treatment. But nothing could heal her. Because of the severe pain, she had to stop going to college, and the continuous strong medication administered to her affected her liver. The best hospitals in the country tried all the best treatments on her, but nothing helped. She always limps when she walks and has to wear a belt whenever she walks. Her situation seemed impossible and hopeless.

After four years, in 2010, someone told her about the Jesus Calls Guwahati Prayer Festival. At that time, she knew nothing about Jesus. But then her friend said, “If you believe, you will see the glory of God.” She came to the meeting sceptical of receiving supernatural healing. While she was entering the meeting ground, she noticed a lame man carrying a stick and walking slowly with that stick. She was surprised to see so many people attending the meeting. Dr. Paul Dhinakaran was praying for all the sick people in the meeting, and after the prayer was over, she saw that same lame man she had noticed while entering the ground, walking onto the stage with no stick in his hand. He was completely healed. This testimony brought so much faith into her heart. At that moment, she started praying, saying, “Lord Jesus, I don’t know You. But if You could heal that lame person, You can heal me too.” As soon as she said those words, she felt someone touch her back and was completely healed instantly. She started jumping with joy, and she received Jesus as her personal saviour at that very moment. Then, she continued her studies and completed her degree successfully. God also blessed her with a wonderful, Jesus-loving life partner. Now, she is serving the Lord along with her family as a youth pastor in the Northeast. Ten years have passed by, and the pain has never come back. She is absolutely healthy.

My friend, as the verse goes, “What is impossible with man is possible with God’. Mrs. Gayathri went to different places to get her treatment. But Jesus became her ultimate Healer and granted her complete healing. You might have said that certain people would help you, but they ended up letting you down. However, my friend, I encourage you to try Jesus. Nothing is impossible with Him. Today, you will experience the impossible from Him just as He has promised you. Be of good cheer!

PRAYER: 

Dear Lord, I thank You for reminding me that nothing is impossible for You. I surrender all my problems that seem impossible into Your mighty hands, fully trusting that You can make a major turnaround and fill my heart with joy. I know that You delight in the blessings of Your children, and therefore, You will perform miracles for me and grant me a breakthrough soon. Lord, You are bigger than my biggest problem, and I believe that You will turn my sorrows into joy. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
